Reasons People Attend:
Conflict Resolution
Recurring arguments or tension in your relationships can feel overwhelming—but therapy can help. In a supportive, neutral space, we’ll work together to improve communication, understand the root of the conflict, and develop tools to navigate it more effectively. Let’s turn conflict into an opportunity for growth and connection.
Adoption or Reconnecting with Family
Reunification family therapy isn’t only for families reconnecting after separation. It can also support adoptive families who are struggling to build connection, or individuals meeting their birth parents for the first time. These experiences can feel complex and emotional, but with the right support, healing, understanding, and lasting relationships are possible.
Strengthen Relationships
Parenting can be deeply rewarding—but also challenging, especially when communication breaks down or conflict arises. We work with parents and children to rebuild trust, improve understanding, and create more positive, connected relationships. Whether you're navigating behavioral issues, emotional struggles, or simply want to strengthen your bond, therapy offers tools and support to help your family thrive—together.
Divorce
Divorce is a major life transition that can bring up a wide range of emotions—grief, anger, confusion, and even relief. We provide a supportive space to help individuals, couples, and families navigate the emotional and practical challenges of separation. Whether you're looking to co-parent more effectively, support your children through the changes, or process your own experience, therapy can help you move forward with clarity, compassion, and stability.

Attachment Theory
Attachment theory is a valuable framework for supporting clients as they navigate reconnecting with a biological parent while maintaining their relationship with their current caregivers. It helps clients understand how their behaviors and emotional responses are influenced by their past experiences. Additionally, it provides a space for them to explore the dynamics of each relationship and consider how these connections can contribute to a fulfilling life. Attachment-informed approaches also support the repair of strained relationships, offering guidance and skills to rebuild trust and strengthen bonds.
Reunification Therapy
Reunification family therapy provides a safe and supportive space for adoptees and their families to develop and maintain healthy boundaries, explore strategies for building trust, and openly express thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment. It allows both the adoptee and their biological and adoptive family members to practice new communication and relational skills, fostering understanding, empathy, and connection. The therapy also helps address past relational wounds, repair strained bonds, and navigate the complexities of balancing relationships with both biological and adoptive parents, ultimately promoting stronger, more resilient family relationships.
