Celeste Gilmore

Individual Therapist & Owner

People who have worked with Celeste have described her as down to earth, genuine, warm and comforting when working through difficult topics. She loves connecting with people and being able to provide a judgmental free space for each individual.

You might be feeling alone, scared, and uncertain about what the future holds.

Reaching out to others can feel dangerous and at times unsafe. Not knowing what the response will be or if it will be like others who have hurt you in the past. Wondering if you will ever be able to stop looking over your shoulder or will be able to trust someone again.

I am here to let you know that you can move past these feelings. That there is a life worth living. It won't be like this forever if you are willing to take the steps to help yourself. The feelings of not being understood, worried of the judgement or the repercussions that might follow are only temporary.

Through addressing emotions, processing trauma and working on building healthy relationships it is possible to have hope for your future!

I encourage you to take the first step towards building a brighter future for yourself by scheduling a 15 to 30 minute consultation with me so I can come along side you and support you through these difficult times.

Now is the time for change.
